Types of Robot:

- YS Series – Swing-Arm – The main function of the swing arm robot is to pick sprue. If add an additional vacuum generator and adjustable suction base and pad on the gripper, it can vacuum the products out of the mould.

Advantage – Economical, efficient and easy to install.

Disadvantage – It is not suitable for large tonnage of IMM or heavy parts.

Types of Robot:

- SA Series Traversing Robot – 1 axis servo driven CNC robot – The motion of Vertical and Kick stroke is powered by Pneumatic and the traversing axis is driven by a servo motor.

Advantage – Multiple positioning part drop off and easy maneuver inside the mould area.

Types of Robot:

- SB Series – 3 axis servo driven CNC robot – Three axis servo motor drive ,each axis driven by individual PLC control.

- 3 axis synchronized movement reduce complexity and cost to build end-arm tooling.

Advantage – Function can control easily, speedy, stable, accurate and 3D complicated motion achievable. Insertion, stacking, packing, degating, etc. motion possible.

Types of Robot:

- SC Series – 3 axis servo driven CNC robot, Ram type with telescopic vertical arm.

- 3 axis synchronized movement reduce complexity and cost to build end-arm tooling.

- Rigid structure built for steady movement and precise positioning with heavy bay load.

Advantage – Suitable for large tonnage machines.
